Meet our Home Manager

Kelly Coulthard leads the team at Meadows Park. She joined Tanglewood in 2014 with 14 years of care experience, working her way up from care assistant to Home Manager in 2019. Kelly holds a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and is a SONA Ambassador across the group.
